Of the numerous copywriters today, few actually have hands-on sales experience. Even fewer have an academic background in business-to-business sales and marketing.

But with a solid background in direct face-to-face sales and inbound marketing, and a post-secondary education in business, I know how business decisions are made and how to shorten your sales cycle.

In school, I earned my diploma in Business-Marketing at Loyalist College in Belleville, Ontario.

Not only am I seasoned sales and marketing professional, but with my software and technology background from work in the trenches at such companies as Radio Shack (Now The Source in Canada) and Bell Canada, I will "get" the features and benefits of your product or service offering.

I briefly left sales to become a career and work counselor, where I learned key interviewing skills I use today when asking you the right questions. Even some you didn't expect, but glad I asked.

As a copywriter and strategist, that psychology experience gives me the rare skill of thinking like your buyers to influence them to take action. That just happens to be the number one key skill to increase ROI for software companies – and other B2B businesses.

I serve clients across Canada and the U.S. from my office near Toronto, Ontario, where I live with my wife and our dog – a fun-loving Boxer named Kooba.
